Swogjan's Dragon is a two level three bedroom house, with large pool set in one and a half acres of tropical forest high on a ridge saddle between two peaks facing the cooling trade winds, which provide nature’s natural air-conditioning and a bug free environment. The grounds are professionally landscaped with a variety of native plants, a lawn and beautiful stone walls both outside and inside. This fully equipped vacation home offers the very best in complete privacy, comfort, quiet and relaxation.
The upper level has two bedrooms and baths, a large airy Great Room with cable TV, DVD/VCR, CD player, free high speed DSL internet connection, wet bar and safe. The gourmet kitchen is complete with a stove and wall oven, refrigerator, microwave, appliances, dishes, glasses and flatware. There is a complete laundry facility. All linens are provided including beach towels. There is a BBQ grille, coolers and beach chairs. On this level is the main deck with pool (which overlooks both sides of the island), porch with hammock and hot tub.
The lower level, with its own porch, has a large bedroom with three beds and a large bath. The driveway has easy access right off Centerline Road, at the upper level. We are only a 15 minute drive along the Centerline Road from Cruz Bay and just four minutes from two of the best lesser-used beaches along the North Shore Road. Coral Bay, the other town on St. John town, is 6 minutes away and can be seen from the upper deck.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

A 10% Discount is available for nights over 7 days stays or more, September bookings and bookings made within 30 days of arrival.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
Minimum stay is four nights
