The Spica Holiday Home is just 1.5 Km from the Kandy City center or 2 Km. from the Kandy Railway Station. With a beautiful panoramic view, it is calm and peaceful at the Spica and you will definitely feel at home.

We have seven spacious rooms. Three rooms
are on the ground floor and the other
four are on the first floor. One single room, two rooms
triple/quad family rooms and the other
four rooms are double rooms. All the rooms
are ceramic tiled rooms and have ensuite
toilets and bathroom facilities with
hot/cold water. Each room has to be booked.
ie.If it is a double room that you require
you have to book two beds. If you want three
beds then book a triple. It means a double
room will cost the rate for two beds a triple
for three beds and so on. (even if a single
person wants to occupy the room.) So get together
with friends and family and reserve the rooms.


My wife and I, form the team that will
ensure your comfort while you are at
the Spica. Eastern and Western meals
are available. Breakfast US$2.50/- Lunch US$3.50/-
Dinner US$3.75/- up per person. A 10% service charge is levied on total bill of accommodation and meals.

Airport pick-up can be arranged if required
at an agreed price. (Airport to the Spica.
-if driving is during day time Rs.4500/-
-if driving is during night time Rs.5000/-)8 persons per vehicle.

Rental Policies

Advance payment of 50% by deposit to my bank account, six weeks prior to arrival. If booked within leser period then immediate deposit amount in account, details of which will be indicated by e-mail. No illegal or immoral activities what so ever. Any damages should be compensated by mutual and fair agreement. The management helps in planning tours within the country.

Arrival Times

Any time of the day. However booking in time is 12:00 and booking out time is 11:00. Washer and drier, electric clothes iron etc. available on payment.

$514.50 to $1,225.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Please make advance payment of 50% six weeks prior to arrival through bank deposit to our account. Details will be provided. Balance to be paid on arrival. Payments for meals etc. weekly or on departure which ever is smaller.
