VILLA ALEGRIA is a spacious well furnished villa which has been built in several levels.

Upper floor. Large - parents – sleeping room with king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath and a private balcony facing the swimming pool area. Further secluded terrace accessed from the landing.

Ground floor. Two twin bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and doors leading to the terrace overlooking the pool area. The second bedroom has a separate bathroom with shower. Kitchen with a door leading to the barbecue area. Lounge with fireplace and doors leading to the covered terraces with access to the pool. Spacious living and dining room with French windows to a covered raised terrace with access to the swimming pool which has integral steps and a floodlit surrounding terrace. Partially secluded gardens with shrubs and trees and a small lawn.

Basement. Here is an extra – small – sleeping room with bathroom with shower. This room might only be useable for teenagers, available on request only.

Rental Policies

Initial payment of 25% before 7 days after booking.
Final payment 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Rental Rates

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

In the period between November 1st until April 30th the price is based on 2 persons and electricity according to the meter. Every extra person costs Euro 75,- per week.

Between May 1st until October 31st the use of the air co system costs Euro 150,- per week.
No further expenses!!
