Two 2-bedroom, 1.25 bath condos sleeps 4-6. One block from Los Muertos Beach, pool, air conditioning, Queen size beds, large private patio, incredible panoramic views of ocean.

Property Details

We have two condos built on a hillside in the southern part of old town Puerto Vallarta. Because of the hillside, they have unobstructed panoramic views of the Bay of Banderas (the 7th largest bay in the world) from their large private patios and kitchen/living room areas.

Each 600 square foot condo has two bedrooms with queen size beds, air conditioning, and ceiling fans; a full bath (shower, toilet, sink and mirror), and an extra sink and mirror in the master bedroom.

They are equipped with a kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and cooking utensils), entertainment center (cable TV, DVD player with a small library of DVDs, and stereo), a sofa-bed in the living room, and a private washer/dryer.

The large 250 square foot private patio have incredible views of the ocean and an outdoor dining table.

The complex has a huge shared deck area with an outdoor restaurant, pool, and concierge service.

The units sleep 4 comfortably in the bedrooms, but can accomodate up to 6 by using the sofa-bed. The two condos can be combined into a 4 bedroom unit that sleeps 8-12.

We offer Wifi internet and Vonage phone service.

Rental Policy

50% deposit to hold reservation, balance due 30 days in advance. Full refunds 60 days or more in advance of arrival, after that we refund based on our ability to re-rent the units minus a $100.00 fee. Special policies apply for long term rentals (1 month or more).

Arrival Times

Checkin is 3pm, checkout is 11:30am.

Please see our website for rate details and availability info. The high season starts in December and ends at Easter, lower rates occur after Easter. We prefer 5 day minimums for advanced bookings, 7 days for holidays.
