Come and enjoy your Florida vacation at our 4-bedroom and 3-bathroom town home located in the beautiful new 4 star Regal Palms Resort and Spa at Highland's Reserve. Regal Palms Clubhouse has convenient 24 hour check-in, indoor/outdoor casual dining and bar, business center, meeting facilities, fitness center with sauna and steam room, and arcade. The resort is also adjacent to the beautiful 18 hole Golf Course at Highlands Reserve
Regal Palms greatest feature is it's spectacular 2.5 acre tropical swimming complex. The water is 82F all year long in the 2 pools and lazy river. Some of the pools features are zero entry and sunbathing terraces. The complex also features a waterslide and hot tub. Nearby is a children's playground.
Our Regal Palms town home is situated in the first phase of the town homes and is near the pool area. It will sleep 10 people comfortably and has all the amenities of home including a fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer. Every bedroom has a TV and there is a DVD player in every bedroom except the master. Other features of the town home are free high-speed wireless internet, in-room safe, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, coffee maker, high chair, baby gate and more. Next to the resort is a Publix grocery store and restaurants.
Regal Palms provides a complimentary shuttle to Disney World.

Rental Policy
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL GUESTS MUST REGISTER when checking in.
Upon registration, a $100.00 security deposit will be collected for stays 1-7 nights and $200 for 8 or more nights. This is done by authorization of a credit card. It is not a charge, but an authorization. This authorization will automatically drop from your account after 14 days granted there are no damages to the home. If you do not have a credit card, you may leave a bank check or money order. NO PERSONAL CHECKS, or you may pay a $25.00 Insurance Damage Waiver by cash or credit card which will cover al damage. This insurance charge will not be returned to you. (Vandalism, and/or stolen property are not covered)
