Rental Policy

Reserve date with $300 deposit - $200 refundable security deposit and $100 non-refundable cleaning deposit. Sign use agreement/application. Rental sum due 2 weeks before stay commences.

Your stay starts at 4 p.m. on your arrival date, and ends at noon. Earlier/later times ared available upon request.
