Pull up to this private home on the oceanfront and perfect location downtown. Quiet closed ended street and two oceanfront decks. Beach access is only two blocks walk from the house, and Moonlight Beach with public facilities is only 3 blocks.
The lap pool and the front deck have removeable safety fences surrounding them for added safety of small children. Wide open views to watch surfers, dolphins, sealife, cruise ships and the occasional whale from either the first floor or 2nd floor master bedroom deck! Sunbathe in complete privacy- in the comfort of chaise lounges as you listen to surf! Enjoy afternoon cocktails and barbeque surrounded by the sounds of sealife and overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
Walk to town to enjoy breakfast, lunch or a romantic dinner, or stay home and cook full meals in the full sized family kitchen. High speed internet access is provided to keep in touch. There is a king bed in the master and two singles upstairs. On the first floor is a queen bedroom oceanfront, and a large bedroom with a queen bed and one full/dbl bed. One full bathroom upstairs with separate shower and bathtub, one full size bath and one 1/2 bath downstairs.
