This home was constructed in 2000. Conveniently located off from a paved road. A very quiet remote location. It is surrounded by public land. Located only 30 feet from the river's edge. You can enjoy the river and the wildlife it brings to it right from the comfort of your living room, dinging room, spacious loft, or from one of the three decks. There is a fire pit with an adjustalbe grill and picnic tables set up that you can use for a cook-out. Enjoy hiking, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, hunting, snowmobiling & cross-country skiing right out your front door. Caberfae Ski & Golf Resort is only 12 miles north. Traverse City is only 70 miles north, and Cadillac is only 25 miles away.

Reservations confirmed upon receipt of completed, signed "Rental Agreement Form" and $200 deposit
