This beautifully furnished, ski area condominium features an open great room with kitchen, dining, and living areas for family meals, entertaining, or just relaxing around the fireplace. The living room has a private balcony and, again, the very best ski area mountain views making this villa perfect for enjoying all that Steamboat has to offer in every season.

Additionally, this unit is located directly across the street from the free city shuttle stop (Shadow Run), which takes guests to the ski area base or into town to enjoy movies, unique shops, and dining, every 20 minutes.

Rental Policy

- There is a Three-Night minimum stay at all times.
- A $200 deposit plus ONE night's rent is due upon booking.
- Payment is due in-full 30 days prior to arrival.

2:00pm - but there is usually flexibility.
