In addition to the delightful setting, proximity of shops, overlooking golf
course, games room etc, the development and property is one of the highest standards in central Florida, 2 mins from major roads in all The Villa located on the stunning Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club -
one of the best in central Florida. So please don't be taken in by sub standard crowded developments. Southern Dunes is situated about 25 mins from Orlando International and 15 mins from Disney etc. In other words it is far enough away from the crowds but with ease and speed of access if required. It is 1 hour from either west or east coast. Please note that the garage has now been converted to a games room with pool table, foosball table, air hockey table and dart board with music centre.
Ideally situated within walking distance to the Golf and Country Club house, large communal pool, heated private pool, tennis courts, gymnasium and children's play area. Walmart and restaurants within 5 mins walk.
Fully air conditioned and very spacious. Living space consists of a lounge, dining area, nook and breakfast area, kitchen, 2 twin and 2 double bedrooms - one with on suite, double garage and large screened pool. In addition to the heated swimming pool the house has a games room which
has pool, fooseball and air hockey and also a dart board with electronic score board.
The villa has a south facing garden overlooking the 4th hole of the championship golf course with its own heated swimming pool. Just outside
the hyper markets, banks, shops etc.

The house comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.
