This 4 year old beautiful Home with 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2200 square foot, two levels, very close to the Beach with Oceanview & Streamview is just waiting for you and your family and friends. Sleeps 6-8 people. This Vacation Home is walking distance to the Beach, Downtown Kapaa Shops, Post Office, Restaurant, and Banks & Groceries. The Home is situated to get the trades wind breeze through the entire house. The House Never Gets Hot.

Bedroom #1 is downstairs and has a king-size bed with pillow top mattress and beautiful dresser. It comes with Double Glass sliding doors and Double Mirror sliding doors.
You will also love the Massage Chair. Bedroom #2 has 2 full beds. It also has a double Mirror sliding doors and double Glass sliding doors that lock and open up to the gate that leads you right to the beach. Upstairs is bedroom #3 which also has a king size pillow top mattress bed. All my renters love the beds and say they are the very best and most comfortable of any Vacation House they have ever stayed at.
Downstairs also has a full bathroom with a tub and a washer and dryer room with free surfboards to use while staying at the house.
There is a nice yard right out the bottom door of the house for relaxing and playing with the kids.

The 2nd floor has an inside stair case that leads upstairs to the kitchen, living room, and lanai. The kitchen is full stocked and very roomy with a large center counter top with 6 high stools so you can sit and enjoy your home in private and not have to eat out every breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday. You save money with this great Kitchen. It has a gas stove, dishwasher, and double door fridge with Ice maker, double sink,
garbage disposal and stocked with all your cooking utilities, plates, cups, silverware and knives for cooking and eating. The living room has two Italian Leather couches that are very soft and comfortable. The house has a High Beam Ceiling that gives you great space. (No crowded condo or hotel living feeling here).
There is an outside table with chairs on the deck where most people sit and watch the ocean view while they talk and relax or eat and just enjoy Kauai. The large Jacuzzi is on the upstairs deck with great ocean views. Have a cup of coffee in the morning in your private Jacuzzi as you watch the sun come up over the ocean, and or a have a glass of wine in the Jacuzzi in the evening as the breeze and wonderful smell of flowers circulates around you. This Home offer lots of fun and relaxation.

It is a very short stroll to the swimming beach which is always uncrowded with no current or undertow. Good snorkeling is available. Included for free with your home are surfboards, beach chairs. The new Multi Million dollar bike and walk trail is also lot of fun and right next to the ocean. Baby beach is also very popular and walking distance from your house. Your front yard is the Lihi State Park with the only small boat ramp in Kapaa, the largest city on Kauai.

You can get fresh fish right there that you can grill on your out side grill. Why stay in a condo and have to walk a long way to your room when you can have this house with parking right next to your home? A new fence now provided more privacy.

After living and surfing on Kauai for over 35 years, I can tell you that it is great to be in the middle of the island instead of one end or the other. You can walk to shopping, banking, post office, business service and downtown Kapaa. There are several centers only minutes away driving with movie theaters, shops restaurants and much more. We also own Hawaiian Islands Activities Discount Center and can save you money on your activities while here on Kauai.

One of the big selling points that our guest say is that they love the option of going where ever the sun is. You can look out your door and if it is raining to the north you can go to south and west, (Poipu-West Side). If it is rainy south you can go north, (Hanalei, Annie state park), only 20-30 minute drive. Of course you can just stay right here. Lots of sunshine right out your front door!!!!
That’s what nice about this location. It is right in the middle of the island of Kauai and easy for you to go to where ever you want FAST…Also the water falls that you drive to are on the Kapaa side.
And the Wailua River is only 5 minutes away. A lot of out guest rent kayaks and go up the river and take walks to the waterfalls. All of this is on the East side – Kapaa side.
