The "Ice House" is a new 6 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom vacation home featuring a private gated 24 foot heated swimming pool, 6 person hot tub and wooded ravine lot. The house was just completely renovated, completed on June 24, 2006. The property is an easy 4 block walk down the sidewalk to South Beach, Kid's Corner, and downtown shopping and dining. All comforts of home are provided, including new washer and dryer, linens, new appliances (including refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, range, dishwasher, and microwave), kitchen utensils, free long distance telephone, free wireless internet connection, computer, 3 cable TVs, 2 DVD/VCR players, CD players, just to name a few. The house is perfect for families with children of all ages. The pool and hot tub are gated for your protection. The back yard is completely fenced.

Family-friendly items included are books for all ages, toys, puzzles, movies for all ages, well-loved bikes, riding toys, high chair, full size crib with rocking chair, 2 baby gates, excersaucer, strollers, sippee cups, baby monitor, booster seats, and pool toys. Enjoy the flexibility and convenience of having 6 private bedrooms, conveniently located throughout the house! 5 bedrooms are upstairs. One is a master suite with private bathroom. Another full bathroom is in the upstairs hall. 1 bedroom is downstairs, also with a private bathroom. The house has a large 28 x 14 foot carpeted living room that includes 2 cable televisions (35 inch and 25 inch), each with DVD/VCR players. The hardwood floored 14 x 14 dining room comfortably fits and 8 foot dining table. The kitchen and adjacent powder room have ceramic tiled floors. The kitchen has sliding glass doors that open to the backyard deck and pool/spa area.

All five upstairs bedrooms are carpeted. 4 bedrooms have ceiling fans. The house has 7 ceiling fans in all. The 2 upstairs bathrooms have ceramic tiled floors. The master bedroom has a faux balcony overlooking the backyard pool area. One bedroom has a trayed ceiling.

The house was completely renovated in 2006. Renovations included new vinyl siding, new roof, all new windows, new wiring, 18 x 18 foot 2 story addition, all new carpet, all new appliances, new swimming pool, new hot tub, new sod, new deck, all new paint, new furniture, and new white vinyl fencing.

Rents Saturday to Saturday during the summer.
50% required to hold reservation, remainder due 45 days in advance.
$500 Security deposit is required 45 days in advance.
Additional $150 Cleaning Charge with be assessed.
Rates do not include 6% sales tax, which will be assessed.
Rates are subject to change without notice.
Holidays are negotiable.
