Gorgeous turn-key furnished condominium overlooking the fairway and sparkling lake in Cypress Woods Golf & Country Club! Just over four years old, and still like brand new, with beautiful furnishings and accessories. Master bedroom has king bed, 2nd bedroom has two twin beds, and living room has queen sleep sofa. Fully equipped with all cookware, dishes, glassware, serveware, linens, washer & dryer. TV's in living room and both bedrooms. CD/DVD player, and high speed internet so bring your laptop! 18 hole golf course, fabulous Clubhouse with full service restaurant and bar, swimming pool, spa, fitness center, and tennis courts. The Club also has a driving range and putting green! There are three pools available in the vicinity of the condo, in addition to the one at the Clubhouse. Golf is open to the public, however, renters may transfer the owner's membership in order to play at an extremely reduced rate! Call or email owner for details. This community is just 20 minutes from the airport, and a quick five mile drive to the beach. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by!

Rental Policy

30 day minimum during high season, January through April. Six adults maximum.

Minimum booking is 30 days. Shorter rentals may be negotiated, however. We charge a refundable $500 security deposit.
