No close neighbors to interfere with your vacation, over 100 Feet of beach with soft white sand is YOURS for the best swimming, tanning, boating vacation imaginable.

Gently sloped,warm water, protected bay. Enjoy your morning coffee and stunning sunrises over Suttons Bay/Lake Michigan from the huge deck or lower level patio. Build sand castles, and search for Petoskey stones. The kids will never want to go home, and neither will you! Peaceful Privacy for family gatherings, and good times with friends. Located on the WARM side of Leelanau Peninsula.

Walk to Suttons Bay Village for wonderful restaurants, shopping, get an ice cream cone and then walk down to the little creek that runs through town,sit on the park bench or stroll through the Village Marina, and check out the yachts. Enjoy roasting hot dogs or s'mores at a beach fire in the bon fire ring. Get to know each other again. There is plenty of room to roam in this three bedroom home with a finished walk-out lower level. Responsible pet owners are welcome. You must notify us if you intend to bring a pet. There is an additional charge for each pet.

No Smoking, Well-Behaved Children Are Welcome. Pet Friendly, If You Are a Responsible Pet Owner. It has ALL NEW beds, mattresses, futons and bedding/towels etc. Two bedrooms have Queen sized beds, one bedroom has bunk beds (2 twin sized beds for younger children) and the lower level walk-out Den has two Futons with full sized innerspring mattresses. The Den has a doorwall to the patio, a wonderful view of the Bay, and a game table and chairs, making it a separate private suite. This floor plan provides great flexibility for families "sharing" or to let the older kids have their own space.
