Lots of living areas including formal living room, dining room, nice morning room with fireplace open to kitchen, large sunroom, and outside patio. Home also has 3 nice sized bedrooms, 2 baths, is located just across the street from the beach, and has a garage! Price includes all furniture and furnishings. House boasts 1 king sized bed, 1 queen bed, two twin beds, and a sleeper sofa; also features a washer and dryer to save trips to the laundry!

**Add $100/week for weekly rentals during holiday weeks.
12% sales tax added to all stays up to 10 days; 7% for 11 - 90 days.
A non-refundable $100 cleaning fee is added to each reservation.
50% deposit at time of scheduling. Deposit is fully refundable up to
30 days before check in, when deposit becomes non-refundable.
$150 nonrefundable pet fee. Email or call for rates for timeframes not posted.
