*Only 300 feet to the beach!!!!Across the quiet residential street, a board-walk leads to a private waterside viewing deck with bench, firepit, and Sandy Park Beach with a picnic table.
*All water sports, great hard sand bottom, crystal clear and clean water, wonderful for kayaking, boating, swimming. Only 2 miles to DNR boat ramp. W.Bay is part of Lake Mich, and so has cleaner water, bigger waves and sandier beaches,and no "swimmers itch" like in the small inland lakes.
*Hike in the woods, or drive a short distance to quaint Suttons Bay. Browse the antique stores, have lunch at one of the great little restaurants, buy a T-shirt that says "Up North", and a yard ornament.
*A clean and new cottage with pine floors,large bedroom the whole upper level-sleeping area plus sitting area is huge, plus first floor den. four guests would be quite comfortable. Two more can be accomodated on roll away beds. This smoke-free property is currently available for long or short terms rental. It is only two years old and is in immaculate condition.
*Honeymooners and newly weds will find all the peaceful privacy they would like, come celebrate your wedding anniversary here too.

*2 twins on 1st level plus 2 roll-aways on either level plus futon in LR. The dining area table has a leaf and there are 2 additional chairs to accomodate 6 for meals. Additional table and 4 chairs on the big porch, for dining with a view of the bay!
*Close to two golf courses, and 12 vinyards which offer free tastings of local wines.
*why stay in an old buggy log cabin when you can stay in a nice clean new cottage, with sparkling clean water for the same rate?
Amenities: TV with DVDplayer plus 73 channel cable, Stereo plays CDs and Cassettes, and is MP3 compatiblle (bring your Ipod) Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Cooking Utensils provided, charcoal grill, toaster, coffee maker, linens and towels provided, bring beach towels and water walkers. New Serta Queen bed in loft, New Twins on entry level. Roll-aways have nice comfy matresses. Luxury bedding and linens provided. ABSOLUTELY No Smoking, Pets are allowed with additional charge $250, plus additional $200 damage deposit. Activities (on site or nearby): Hiking, Biking, Wildlife Viewing, Shopping, Sightseeing, Swimming, Boating, Sailing, Water-skiing, Windsurfing, wonderful restaurants, 4 miles to Windows Restaurant (the best in haute cuisine), only 7 miles to Samuel's. We will call ahead for reservations, if you would like us to. Casino gambling at the Sands Casino (Indian Casino)12 vinyards with tasting rooms within 15 miles. Golfing, Great bicycling touring roads. Close to everything, but quiet. You will only hear the wind in the trees and the waves on the shore.

Rental Policies

No smoking,well behaved children are welcome, pets allowed wi additional charge and deposit.

$1,300.00 to $2,000.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

All Rates are for 2 persons, for each additional person, add $100.
June 1-7 $1000, June 7-21 $1500/wk
June 21-28 $1500/week, June 28-July 12 $2,200/wk, July 12- Aug 9, $2000/wk
Aug 9-16 $1600/wk, Aug 17-30, $1500/wk Labor Day Weekend $1000,
Fall, Winter, Spring rates, $900/wk, or $400/weekend.
Refundable damage deposit: $500
Pets: $200/pet/week, plus additional $200 refundable damage deposit
Payment: 1/2 due at reservation, 1/2 due 30 days prior to check in.

MI tax will be added to your rate, Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
