Our 3 Bedroom, 2 ½ bath home is an elegant beach house with panoramic, whitewater ocean views. There is a wrap-around deck with a bar-b-que grill and Ocean and Park views from every angle.

You will love the convenient location to Shamel Park, the Pacific Ocean and Moonstone beach. Our deck, family room, dining room and kitchen are perfect places to catch the 4th-of-July fireworks display!


*** Master Bedroom *** The large Master Bedroom is elegantly furnished with a contemporary look and feel. The Sheets, bedding and linens are new and are a 4-start Hotel caliber, design and quality. Enjoy spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean from the comfort of your bed or on your private balcony. Enjoy the Master Bedroom CD's or bring a few of your own.

Rental Policies

*** RESERVATIONS *** are accepted by phone or in writing and are confirmed with a security deposit payment of $200 on your Visa or MasterCard credit card. We have a two-night minimum requirement stay, three to five-nights during holidays, and five-nights during our high season, July 1 through September 15. The deposit will be refunded to you within 21 days following your departure. The rental and cleaning fees, a $20.00 processing fee and a 9% hotel tax are payable at check-in, or in case of late arrival, in advance.

*** CANCELLATIONS *** MUST BE RECEIVED 30 days in advance of the arrival date. The deposit will be forfeited unless the property can be re-rented. There is a $25 fee for all cancellations. Upon occupancy of the home, there will be no refunds for early departure or fewer guests. CLEANING fees range from $75 to $100. Although extra fees may be charged to your credit card or taken out of your deposit if the home needs excessive cleaning or is damaged. LONG DISTANCE PHONE CALLS from the house phone require a credit card or calling card. There is no charge for local calls with the following prefixes: 924, 926, and 927.

Arrival Times

*** CHECK-IN *** time is between 3 and 5 pm, Monday through Saturday, and up to 2 pm on Sunday. Please make arrangements for late arrival in advance, if possible, including pre-payment of balance. CHECK- OUT time is at 11 am.
