Downstairs (main level) has a kitchen with pass-through counter with three bar chairs, with wide open views of the ocean. There's a dining room table, queen sofa sleeper by the fireplace, and downstairs bath with shower. The upstairs level has a guest bedroom with queen bed and private bathroom, huge master bedroom with sitting area, big master bathroom, and private balcony patio with incredible sunset and ocean views. There's a sitting area under a large skylight in the hallway between the bedrooms.
This beachfront condo is in a complex of only 5 condos total. It has electronic gate access to subterranean parking for two vehicles. There's also a wave pool and jacuzzi shared with the other 4 units.
