White Sands Cove Resort offers fully-furnished, luxurious one and two bedroom condominiums with fully-equipped kitchens, air conditioning, ceiling fans, 60-channel satellite television, hi-speed internet, futons that open to full-size beds in the living rooms and much more. Each condo is uniquely designed and professionally decorated to make you feel at home during your stay in the tropics. Our beautiful fresh water pool is just steps from each condo and adjacent to our beach bar, which is situated right on the edge of the Caribbean. Enjoy various massages and body treatments in the privacy of our thatched roof and bamboo island-style spa and allow us to coordinate your island and mainland activities at our tour desk, conveniently located in our office. With over 30 tours and excursions to choose from including cave tubing, Mayan ruin tours, various fishing trips and, of course, diving and snorkeling with our on-site dive team, your only problem will be fitting it all in during your limited time with us.

Rental Policy
1. All prices listed are in U.S. Dollars.
2. Prices are based on double occupancy for each bedroom. One additional occupant is allowed per unit at a charge of $20 extra per night for adults above 18 and $10 extra per night for teenagers 13-18. Children 12 and under are free.
3. All units have futons in the living room that fold down to full-size beds for additional occupants, however, please note that bathrooms can only be accessed through bedrooms.
4. All reservations require a 50% deposit upon booking. If the reservation is made within 30 days of the occupancy date, full payment is due at the time of booking. Payment is due in full 30 days prior to arrival on all reservations.
5. A room tax of 9% is not included in our nightly rates and will be due upon check-in either in U.S. Dollars or traveler’s checks. A room tax of 9% is included in our packages.
6. Cancellation Policy: White Sands Cove Resort requires at least 30 days notice in order to issue a full refund, less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations on or after 29 days prior to arrival date will not be refunded.
7. Credit cards will be charged in Belize dollars and exchange rates do fluctuate. Your credit card company may bill you for an additional charge. For example, Visa International charges 1% of the total amount of the charge. Your local bank may also add a service charge and/or a charge for the currency exchange.
8. Group Policy: White Sands Cove Resort will customize group packages upon request. Inquire about group packages and rates via email at whitesandscove@yahoo.com. Deposit will be required.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information
We have four different seasons and three different rate categories depending on your condo's placement on the property; Sea Front, Sea View, or Sea View/Lagoon View.
Our Winter Season rates are for the dates January 6 through April 30 and November 18 through November 30. Rates for this season run from $195.00 for a 1-bedroom Sea/Lagoon View condo to $335.00 for a 2-bedroom Sea Front condo.
Our Summer Season rates are for the dates May 1 through Nov 17. Rates for this season run from $125.00 for a 1-bedroom Sea/Lagoon View condo to $265.00 for a 2-bedroom Sea Front condo.
Our Holiday Season rates are for the dates December 15 through January 5. Rates for this season run from $225.00 for a 1-bedroom Sea/Lagoon View condo to $365.00 for a 2-bedroom Sea Front condo.
We offer SPECIAL rates for the dates Decmber 1 through December 14. Rates for this season run from $175.00 for a 1-bedroom Sea/Lagoon View condo to $315.00 for a 2-bedroom Sea Front condo. Also, during the summer season, June 1 through September 30, book six nights or more and receive one extra night free!
