All Wailua BayView condos are oceanfront one bedroom apartments, moderately priced, ocean view accommodations on the east shore just south of Kapaa, Kauai, Hawaii in Waipouli on a dry and sunny side of the garden island. Staying at Wailuabayview Kauai vacation rental accommodations keep you close to golf, shopping, dining and activities. Stores and restaurants are just across the street. It's an alternative to staying at Kapaa hotels. The Wailua River and Lydgate Park are within sight from your lanai. These as well as the Fern Grotto are within a 5-minute drive. Wailua Bay View waterfront condominiums are centrally located on the east shore of the island in an area known as the Coconut Coast, just south of Kapaa, making travel to the north shore or south shore a convenient day trip. To the south is the south shore and the west side, Lihue, Poipu Beach, Koloa, Kalaheo, Omao, Kekaha, Waimea and surfing in Pakala. To the north is the north shore, Waipouli, Kapaa, Kapa'a, Kealia, Anahola Bay, Aliomanu, Moloaa Bay, Kilauea, Kalihiwai, Anini Beach, Princeville, Hanalei Bay, Wainiha, Haena, Kee Beach and the NaPali Coast.

"My husband and I have stayed at Wailua Bayview 4 times and for the money, view, and beach access it is an excellent value....We are returning for our fifth in July...It is most convenient between the North and South shores. Grounds are always kept up on everyday, "hats off to you Fred".

"The 1 bedroom was very spacious with a large living room and walk out balcony. The sound of the surf carries through to the bedroom at the rear of the unit. The condo was a quiet building. It is close to several restaurants and a good base from which to explore the island. We would definitely stay there again. The guestbook indicates that many couples return each year. The development directly across the bay rents a single room--not a condo for FOUR times the price."

Kauai offers spectacular hiking, ocean and other water adventures island-wide. The Wailua Bay View lending library (located on site) contains hiking guide books and other books and reference material on the beautiful flora, fauna and sea life that Kauai has to offer. Rental Policy

Payments and Cancellations Policy:

PAYMENTS:
We accept checks, Visa or MasterCard.
Deposits: $350. Deposit due at time of booking.
Balance: Due 30 days prior to arrival. For last minute bookings full payment is due immediately.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Deposit less $100.00 is refundable if cancellation notice is received 30 days prior to arrival. (By 10/31 for Christmas bookings.)
Penalties will apply if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival. (After 10/31 for Christmas bookings.)

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Rates are subject to Hawaii State and Transient/Accommodation Tax of 11.42%
Reservations must be secured by a $350.00 US Dollars deposit.
Rates are subject to $35 reservation fee.
4-night minimum. 7-night minimum during Christmas Dec 21 – Jan 3.

Full prepayment due 30 days prior to arrival.
Full prepayment due 11/1 for any booking with arrival 12/21 to 1/3.
Arrivals beginning Dec 21 through Jan 3 are required to be guaranteed by November 1st.
Children under 18 stay free when sharing accommodation and existing beds with adults.
Prices subject to change without notice.
