Our new villa was built by one of America's leading housebuilders, Park Square Homes, and is situated on a brand new development, Seasons, just off the Poinciana Boulevard/Highway 192.
We have 4 bedrooms, 2 double with cable TV(both are en-suite) and 2 twins (1 Disney themed).
The property is not just a rental home, it is our holiday home as well.We visit frequently and ensure it is maintained to the highest standards for you to enjoy. Featuring exclusive designer furniture and air conditioning throughout, the house is not overlooked at the rear (fields and horses await you!), and the pool and spa are in the sun all day long.
The open plan kitchen includes a family breakfast area, which leads to the living area (cable tv, DVD, VCR, ipod docking station and Playstation), from which there is direct access to the private heated pool and spa with luxury pool furniture.
Our formal dining room and lounge is idea for adult relaxation 24/7.
All linen and towels are provided and there is a full size washing machine, tumble drier and ironing board. Hairdryers are supplied in both master bedrooms.
