Property Details

House Dover is a charming duplex Villa which is built from the local coral stone.

This Barbados accommodation is elegantly furnished in a Caribbean-European style.
The beautiful decorated villa has a large living-dining room, complete kitchen and terrace downstairs as well as a small lounge with balcony, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) upstairs.
There is a small tropical garden in front of the terrace.

All bedrooms are matching decorated and have ceiling fans or if requested air-condition at additional cost. There are mosquito nets in all rooms and the bedroom windows are tinted to keep out the sun.
Each bedroom has a free safe box.
Wireless is free at this house but for the Wi-fi service please bring your own laptop.

The large living-dining room downstairs has SAT TV, Video Recorder and Stereo System with CD player.

Upstairs in the lounge the house has a separate SAT TV and a stereo system which has an MP3 player in the small lounge.

Complete kitchen downstairs.

Small bedroom has 2 single beds which can be converted by zip to a king-size bed.
The medium bedroom has a 54 inch and a 36 inch wide bed. In between those 2 bedrooms is a bathroom.
Large bedroom has two 48 inch beds, en-suite bath tub-shower, table & chairs, LCD SAT TV, DVD.

The distance to Dover beach is approx. 200 meter / yards and the Casuarina + Turtle Beach Club Hotel is approx. 100 meter / yards away. There are more white sand beaches are close to this accommodation.

Fresh sheets, towels (not beach towels) and room service are provided twice per week.
The Maid will do your washing in the laundry room.
From the airport it will take about 20 min. to your accommodation.

We take a security deposit of 500,00 US for damages on “Authorization only” from your credit card which would be released when you depart and no unusual damages have occurred.
Reasonable wear and tear is expected.

The center of St Lawrence Gap (main south coast tourist area) is about 5 minutes walk. In Saint Lawrence Gap you will find hotels, restaurants, deli, bars, clubs, discos, bank, supermarkets and different shops.
Golf, Squash, Tennis, Fitness center and most water sports like diving, sailing and Jet Ski’s are easily accessible.
The bus stop is about 200 yards/meter away. There are buses, mini-buses and route-taxis going to the capital Bridgetown and to other parts of the island until midnight. The bus fare is $2.00 BDS.

We offer personal English speaking Island tours and different activities on the island. Please check us first for reasonable car rentals at reliable companies.
Offers in the Internet are not always what you expect and many times there are specials on a short term base available.

Rental Policy

Please check for availability as we can't keep updating the availability because of the many emails we get.
Smoking allowed in the house except in the bedrooms.
Air-condition extra charge.
No Children under 6 years because of the stairs.
Security deposit at arrival on *Authorization only* on credit card for unusually damages. Wear and tear is expected.

2 pm-11pm every day or on request.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Minimum rental 2 weeks or the booking must adjoin and fit between another booking.

Deposit 3 nights per week at reservation, balance at arrival.
