KeyLime Cottage is a newly constructed vacation home on Great Guana Cay.

Nestled in a forest of native trees on the shore of the Sea of Abaco, this three bedroom house has three full baths and comfortably sleeps up to six in king, queen and twin beds. KeyLime Cottage offers central air, ceiling fans throughout, satellite TV DVD, Wifi Connectivity and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy spectacular views from the dining room, living room and spacious deck.

Walk out the front door to a private deep water dock. It’s a perfect place to secure your boat, take a swim, fish or watch the sun disappear into the crystal sea. Bring your mask and snorkel and slip into the 80 degree water teaming with bright and colorful tropical fish.

For a change of scenery take a short walk (300 steps) over to the Atlantic side where the turquoise sea meets 5 miles of white powder sand beach. The water offers wonderful swimming, snorkeling, surfing and body boarding. You’ll also find tidal pools filled with small fish, whelks and other sea life that will delight children of all ages.
