Downstairs bedroom with twin beds (4ft 6" wide), sitting area, airconditioning and ensuite shower room.

Large covered patio with dining area and barbeque.

Laundry room with washer and tumble dryer, iron & board.

UPSTAIRS:
TV Room with cable TV and large seating area leading onto large covered balcony with table, chairs and loungers.

Master bedroom with king size bed, sitting area, ensuite bathroom/dressing room, airconditioning and direct access to the balcony.

Bedroom with twin beds (4ft 6" wide), sitting area, ensuite shower room, airconditioning and direct access to the balcony.

Outside: there is kidney shaped swimming pool set in a tropical garden, sunloungers and an outdoor shower,
pool towels provided.

Hairdryers & steam iron available for guests

10% deposit is required to secure a booking - the balance of payment to be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival at the villa.
