A private owned fully air conditioned luxury pool home. A South West facing pool. Pearl Villa is located on the award winning Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club, one of the top golf courses in Florida, on the US27 and only 20 minutes to Disney.

Our home is over 2,000 sq.ft in size and has 18ft vaulted ceilings and open plan living areas making it a very bright and spacious home. It has 4 Bedrooms, 1st floor Master Bedroom with US King bed, 2nd bedroom with US Queen bed and 2 twin Bedrooms on the 2nd floor ( all bedrooms have cable TV ). There are 3 Bathrooms, a Large family room ( with cable TV, DVD player and a Play Station 2 ), a seperate relaxing Sitting room ( with CD player ), fully equipped Kitchen, formal Dining room, Breakfast nook and a Laundry room. Our new Games room has a 7ft Pool table, Air Hockey table and Swing ball.

POOL FEATURES:
The Sunny Pool is South West facing and has a large sundeck with padded patio furniture for relaxing.The covered porch with patio table and chairs is perfect for outside dining or a cool drink by the pool. There is a safety fence that runs along the whole length of the pool for the safety of small children. This can be removed at the discretion of our guests. The pool has Solar heating but additional electric heating is available upon request.

All the rooms of the house have been tastefully furnished and well planned with your comfort in mind and it has many extras for your perfect vacation home.

Entrance hall leads you into the SITTING ROOM - Three seater sofa, CD player and radio, coffee table, and floor lamp.

FORMAL DINING ROOM - with dining table and seating for six people.

FAMILY ROOM - Three seater sofa, two seater sofa and a full size sofa bed. Coffee table and lamp tables with lamps.
Cable TV,DVD Player, Play Station 2. Library of books and various board games.

KITCHEN - Fully equipped with oven, built in microwave, large ice maker and filtered water refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, all crockery glasses and utensils and much more.

BREAKFAST NOOK - Overlooking the pool with table and seating for four.

MASTER BEDROOM - US King size bed with bedside tables and lamps. Large mirrored dresser. Cable TV and clock radio.

MASTER BATH - Large tub, separate walk in shower, mirrored vanity sink, towel closet, bathroom cabinet with First Aid kit, hair dryer and large walk-in wardrobe closet.

BATHROOM 3 - Walk in shower and mirrored vanity sink.

GAMES ROOM - Air Hockey and Pool Tables. Swing Ball.

LAUNDRY ROOM - Separate washer and dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.

SECOND FLOOR

BEDROOM 2 - US Queen size bed with bedside tables and lamps. Large wardrobe closet. Mirrored dresser, cable TV and clock radio.

BEDROOMS 3 AND 4 - 2 twin beds, wardrobe closet, dresser ,bedside tables and lamps and cable TV.

FAMILY BATHROOM - Bath with shower, mirrored vanity sink, towel closet and bathroom cabinet.

Free Wireless Internet connection for our guests that wish to bring their own laptop computers with them.
Free local telephone calls.
Free use of baby’s pack-n-play crib with linen,stroller and high chair.


We have a local family management company who care for our home to a very high standard are only a telephone call away if you should need anything while staying in our home. All the facilities at Southern Dunes are available to our guests, this includes the clubhouse bar and restaurant, tennis courts, 3 communial swimming pools, children's play area and the golf course itself.



All household linen and towels provided, (Please bring your own beach towels.)

No smoking and no pets allowed

Arrival Times

Arrive after 4pm and depart before 10am

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

The minimum saty is 3 nights.
Stays of less than 7 nights will incur an $80 cleaning fee.
Optional electric pool heat is available at $22 per day.
A non refundable deposit of $270 will secure your requested dates.
