2 story townhouse. Clean, bright and comfortable. Located away from all other condo complexes at the private end of Bowman's beach and across the street from the wildlife refuge. Over 6 miles of bike path at the entrance to the complex.

Movie house and live theatre, outlet shopping, designer shopping, restaurants and night spots only 6 miles from condo. All water sports available. Rental bikes delivered to your door and picked up (helmets and locks provided). Condo has fishing equipment, tennis equipment, paddle ball set, beach umbrella, chairs, mats, sand toys and a beach cart.

Saturday to Saturday only. Weekly or monthly. $300.00 refundable security deposit required not refunded if cancelling within 30 days of arrival. $35.00 nonrefundable booking fee applies. 11% tax.
