3 Bedrooms + 1 loft/ 4baths.Each bedroom has a TV. Master Bedroom has a Queen bed. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs one has a full bed the other a queen and each bedroom has its own bath. The loft in the game room has a full bed w/ a bathroom at the bottom of the stairs w/steam shower. The Game room has a pool table as well as 2 sofa's and a Tv.There is a large country Eat in Kitchen with bar and Sunroom with additional seating. Living room has TV/dvd and 3 leather sofa's as well as a window seat. The sitting room off the master bedroom has a full futon as well as a twin bed. Large swimming pool with a diving board and plenty of chairs for lounging. It sleeps 10-12 comfortably but if you include sofa sleepers you can sleep and additional 5. There is also plenty of room for air mattresses.

Rental Rates

$2,200.00 to $2,800.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Summer - 04/01 thru 09/14 $325.00 per night 3 night Minimum.
Oktoberfest- 09/15- 11/06 400.00 per night 2 night minimum.
Winter -11/02 - 03/31 300.00/night 3 night minimum.

There is a 500.00 deposit + 125.00 cleaning fee w/all rentals. 10% is required up front to secure the rental.

NOTE: Security Deposit will be refunded after checkout process and evaluation.
For Cancellations, a portion or all of deposit may be non-refundable.

CHECK IN TIME: 4 p.m. CHECK OUT TIME: 11 a.m.
