Enjoy a walled garden setting featuring breezy tropical courtyard, and use of jarrahwood hot tub. This is a newly refurbished cottage with mix of contemporary colors and contemporary and old style furnishings. Luxury tiled sunken bath and new tiled kitchen complete for the gourmet traveller . Bedroom features Hotel King sized bed. Small stereo & DVD player and traveller's library, music and dvds. Wireless internet available. Snorkels, boogie boards, towels and coolers provided for guest use.
Bicycles also available by arrangement.
Our central location makes this a great spot for those wishing to rest, leave the car parked and explore the town of Hilo. For those wanting to sightsee, you can enjoy the beaches, waterfalls, nature hikes and botanical gardens in the Hilo district. We are 5 minutes drive from Hilo's beaches, snorkelling and turtle watching sites, less than an hour's drive from the rugged and wild Puna coast and under an hour from the volcano national park.

Rental Policies

$85 per night, $500 per week, $1,700 per month. Absolutely no smoking! 75% of total due when reservation is made. Balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation over a month before= full refund less $80 booking fee. Cancellation less than a month before = full refund only if vacancy is filled. $80 booking fee also applies. No cleaning fee but deduction from deposit if unit requires extensive cleaning due to abuse.
