Although our SUNSET SONATA is a very short walk to the beach at Kings Beach , theater, restaurants, miniature golf, shopping, and any sports rental shops, you are also very conveniently located near major Ski resorts for winter recreation. ONly 6 miles to NOrthstar, and Diamond Peak, Mt. Rose.

Our SUNSET SONATA offers very easy access on a large level sunny corner lot. We have installed automatic entry lights for easy evening arrivals. There are two additional decks for outside enjoyment and barbecue. You will find the SUNSET SONATA lavishly equipped for your comfort and enjoyment. Four TV's, six phones, DSL, answering machine, desk, DVD's, VCR's, Piano, gas glass front fireplace, table service for 12 so you won't be washing dishes after every meal, etc.

The bedrooms are situated as: the master is on the upper level with a queen bed and adjacent bathroom with dual sinks anda tub /shower combination.

The second bedroom is on the entry level with queen bed and second bathroom.

The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, an older piano that kids love to play.

the dining room table expands with two leaves if more than 6 are dining.

The upper deck has patio table, chairs, gas BBQ, and located rigth off kitchen /dining area.
