Enjoy the Saugatuck summer season, or book an off-season week or weekend for enjoying colorful fall foilage, bicycling, hiking, cross country skiing, golfing at the many fine courses nearby, or attending Tulip Time events in nearby Holland.

Downtown Saugatuck is 2 miles away and Hidden Dunes is within minutes of both Oval Beach and the Saugatuck Dunes State Park. A variety of fine restaurants are nearby, but if you prefer to do your own cooking, you'll feel right at home in the cabin's modern and well equipped kitchen.

Hidden Dunes' beachfront and pier on a bay of the serene Goshorn Lake are available for your enjoyment. Kick off your shoes and walk to the top of the dune to take in the beautiful vistas of the lake and surrounding dunes.

Use the large screened in porch for meals, conversation, and for enjoying the lingering twilight hours. Before drifting off to sleep, unwind in the whirlpool tub in the upstairs bath. The house features central air, a wood-burning fireplace, and a washer and dryer for guest use. A gas grill and bicycles are at your disposal. Although you'lll feel far removed from the hustle and bustle of life, the house is equipped with cable TV, should you wish to use it.

Rental Policies

Due to OSHA guidelines, we suggest and strongly recommend that you bring your own Linens and towels. In addition, renters will need to bring all paper products, soaps, staples and personal items. The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, pillows, and blankets. For your convenience, we have spare linens and towels on site. Should you decide to use the spare linens and towels, it is the renter's responsibility to clean, fold, and replace them to where they were found. Overnight guests limited to 8; only two vehicles may be kept at the property.

Rental Rates

$1,400.00 to $2,000.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

The 2008 high season runs between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Weekly rentals(Friday to Friday)are preferred during the high season at the rate of $2,000 per week. Inquire about the availability of shorter stays at the rate of $395.00 per night. Off seaon rentals are at a cost of $300.00 per night or $1,500 per week,$325 per night for holiday stays. Progressive discounts (10% for 3 nights, 15% for 4 nights, 20% for 5 or more nights) are available for off season rentals. The minimum stay is 3 nights during the high season and 2 nights during the off season.
Half payment is required shortly after booking and the second half is due 30 days prior to arrival. All amounts paid, minus a rebooking fee, will be refunded in the event of cancellation, provided that we are able to rebook the property. A refundable $200 security deposit is required with the inital payment after booking.
