Ever wanted to go on a great vacation but didn’t want to take out a big loan. If the answer is yes then we have an option for you!! Our brand new house in Invermere BC is ideal for up to 4 couples or 3 families and has all the comforts of home.

Property Details

Winter activities include; heli-skiing, alpine skiing, cross country skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, ice fishing, skating.

Summer Activities include; golf, hiking, biking, fishing, horseback, ATV’s, rafting, sightseeing, gliding, and all the water sports you can think of on Lake Windermere or on the beach.


Our new 2 storey home has 3 bedrooms upstairs and 3 full baths as well as these features:

•8 person outdoor hot tub.
•Beds - King, Queen, 1+1 bunk, 1+2 bunk, Sofa bed, Queen in basement, Queen Airbed if required.
•BBQ
•50” widescreen TV with 41 movies and 4 XBOX games
•Gas Fireplace

Your payment can be made either by mailing check or through the internet using Paypal. https://www.paypal.com/ A reservation is made once we receive 50% payment. If paying by check

Arrival Times

Check-in is after 5 P.M. MST and Check-out is 11 A.M. MST. No early check-in or late check-out unless pre approved. The maximum number of guests in the house is limited to sixteen (16) people. While linens and bath towels are included in the house, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate unless you are staying longer than 1 week in which case we will arrange for cleaning once per week at a time that is suitable. Two weeks prior to your check in date and after your full payment has been processed, you will be given a map and access information to our home.

Rental Rates

$1,000.00 to $1,400.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Mon, Tues, Wed - $150/nt (3nt minimum)except holidays
Sun, Thurs - $250/nt (2 nt minimum)
Fri, Sat - $300/nt (2 nt minimum)

A damage deposit of $600 is required. If anything is damaged or broken the cost to replace or repair it will be the responsibility of the renter
