Located in Summit County, Colorado within 10-20 minutes of Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin, and Loveland ski areas, this luxury condominium unit provides access to some of the greatest downhill skiing in the world along with a host of other winter and summer activities. The Vail and Beaver Creek ski areas are a slightly longer drive, but readily accessible for a day of skiing. You can easily ski a different area every day of your week long stay in Summit County. Access to the Summit County ski areas and the regional cities of Silverthorne, Frisco, Breckenridge, Dillon, and Keystone is provided FREE of charge by the Summit Stage shuttle bus that stops across the street from our complex. One of the leading summer vacation areas in Colorado, this area offers a wide range of golfing, hiking, fishing, water sports, and other activities as well. Rocky Mountain National Park is an easy one-day round trip visit in the summer.

Rental Policy

Your deposit is refunded when you clear the condo without damage. If you cancel outside of 30 days, 45 for holidays, your deposit is refunded minus $25 fee. Inside of these dates, deposit is only refunded if we can rent the condo for the canceled period.

Arrival Times

Normal Arrival Time is 4 PM. Earlier can usually be arranged.

Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner.
Note:Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Deposit of $150 to $200 (varies with season) required at time of confirmation. For less than 3 night stay, a $50 cleaning fee will be charged

Rent is due 30 days prior to arrival, 45 days early for holiday periods.
