This home features an expansive lanai and pool. Lanai features complete living area with wet bar, granite eating area with 9 bar chairs, sky lights, sofas and tables, loungers. Very large heated pool and jacuzzi. Inside is light and airy and has an open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen, granite breakfast bar, comfy sofas, 3 TV'S, DVD'S, etc. Spacious bedrooms are queen bedded and have connecting baths with large walk in shower. The other bath has tub and enclosed oversized glassed shower. There are sky lights in both baths. There is also an outside heated shower. A very nice laundry room with over sized washer and dryer for your convience. The front yard, road side, is lushly and tropically planted with gardenia trees, a huge mango tree,lime, lemon and many other flowering bushes. The entire home is surrounded by a stone fence. The fishing is the best here of all the 10,000 islands! The professional fishermen have told us that. There is a fish cleaning system with table and water. There are also snook lights at the dock to attrack the fish.

$2,000.00 to $3,000.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

10% tourist tax, 500 security deposit. to secure your time pay the 500 deposit and 120 days prior to time of arrival 1/2 of rent. tax is due. then 30 days prior to arrival balance is due. 7 day minimum.
