Harry's El Escondite is a secluded 4-plex of studio-apartment style cabinas in Playa Tamarindo, Costa Rica and is a favorite 'hideout' for both returning surfers and first timers.

These vacation rentals have accommodations for individuals or groups up to ten people and host many annually returning clients.

All guests get Free use of Surfboards and Bikes. A surf guide and lessons are also available for visitors new to the area and/or surfing. Harry has been a local in Tamarindo Beach since 1995 and is very familiar with the surrounding areas and attractions.

Cabinas can sleep up to 3 people each and have kitchens, large bathrooms with hot water, air-conditioning, cable TV, DVD players (and a large collection of surf movies), stereo speakers for iPods, security safes and private covered patios.

The kitchens are fully equipped with stoves, ovens, microwaves, coffee makers toasters, all cutlery and cooking utensils.

The hotel is located at the end of a quiet and private dead-end road; just a short walk to the famous surf breaks and the conveniences of downtown Tamarindo.

A pool, BBQ, lounge chairs and hammocks round out a great place to hangout and relax after surfing. Towels and bamboo mats for sunbathing on the beach are also provided.

Hotel services available include laundry facilities, phones and wireless internet access.

There are great restaurants as close as 100 meters from El Escondite.

Being off the beaten path provides a much quieter location especially during busier times of the year.

Tamarindo however is a small town and everything including great surfing is still within walking distance from Harry's El Escondite.

Rental Policy

3 night minimum, 25% deposit for reservations.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

1 person- $60/night, $360/week.
2 people- $80/night, $480/week.
3 people- $100/night, $600/week.

25% deposit payable through PayPal.
