Being in the heart of Florida, the villa is close to shopping and dining on the popular 192 or Highway 27 and only 15 minutes away from the Disney theme parks. The world-famous bass fishing in the Kissimmee lakes is a very short drive away and there are more than 25 golf courses are within easy reach.

With all the comforts of home and the pleasures of being away, this luxurious family home accommodates ten people comfortably. Possessing two separate living areas there is room to enjoy your vacation, however it is also spacious enough to accommodate sharing with family or friends.

The fabulous south facing screened-in pool and patio deck are larger than the average for maximum enjoyment and family entertainment. Make the most of the Florida sunshine during the day and relax in the balmy Florida air each evening.

Mission park is tranquil and away from the hustle and bustle, but still a short drive from whatever you need. It also features a community pool and a lovely children's play area. Mission Park is easily accessible from the two Orlando area aiports; Orlando International airport and Sanford International airport.

Rental Policy

The villa is non smoking, however smoking is permitted outdoors. No pets allowed.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

The prices listed below are for the hire of the villa per night and EXCLUDE the 13% Florida State Tax.

LOW $100 per night
MED $115 per night
HIGH $142 per night

For bookings in excess of 21 days duration we may offer a discount on the advertised rates. Pool heating is optional and costs $120 per week and must be requested at the time of booking. For short bookings less than 5 days, a $75 cleaning charge will be payable.

Booking information
At the time of booking, a deposit of 10% is required. A security deposit of $300 is due along with the final balance 56 days prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable, pending an inspection from our management company.
