Bright, lovely end villa in tropical, private Shipyard Plantation. Recently updated two bedroom, two and a half bath, non-smoking townhome in the Green's complex which is one of the closest to the beach. This unit is just steps to the pool as well. INCLUDES HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET.

Biking and walking paths are adjacent to the villa, and the island's finest beach is a short walk on the beach path, with the pool just steps from the front door! A large BEACH LOCKER with 2 beach chairs is provided to our guests at the new Oceanfront Beach Club to store beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and beach toys. A free beach shuttle runs throught the plantation during the summer months.

Relax with an ice cold drink on the large private wrap around deck with covered porch, patio furniture, gas grill and a great view of the Shipyard golf course, palm trees and live oak.

The spacious first floor is tiled, and newly furnished to include queen sofabed, love seat, chair, cable TV with DVD/VCR, and CD/stereo in the living room. The dining area provides seating for six, and the galley style kitchen has all new appliances.A wet bar, colorful breakfast nook w/slider to private courtyard, and convenient powder room are also on the 1st level. A variety of books and games are available for your leisure as well.

The second floor features a freshly decorated master bedroom suite with walk-in closet, TV, full bath and a new comfy king bed with upscale linens and a spectacular golf view. The second bedroom contains two XL twin beds, TV, pool view, and access to a full hallway bath. A new full-size washer and dryer are also located on this level. All linens and towels are provided for guests.

The world famous Van Der Meer Tennis Center and Oceanfront Crowne Plaza Resort are located just across the street from the Green's entrance where you can take advantage of restaurants and many of the amenities offered. Camp Castaway children's camp at the Crowne Plaza is available daily and Fri/Sat evenings during the vacation season -fun for kids, and great for parents who might need a bit of "adult time". The villa overlooks the 7th fairway of the Galleon golf course, one of 3 championship courses in Shipyard. It's an easy coast on your bike to the charming shops, restaurants, and entertainment at Coligny Plaza and the Beach Market.

A $200.00 deposit required to hold date. Balance due 30 days prior to stay.
