This cozy 1,700 square-foot beach cottage, just 30 feet from the water, offers flexible sleeping arrangements in three bedrooms on two floors.

You can walk the beach for miles! Or spend a quiet afternoon on the front deck listening to the wind whispering through the trees as the Lake Michigan waves lap the shore. Enjoy the views of Grand Traverse Bay, Lake Michigan, Charlevoix and Great Lakes shipping.

Rental Policies

2007 Summer Season Rates (Jun 16th - Sep 8th) :
$1,650 per week + 6% Michigan State Tax.
Rates are flexible with longer stays. Please inquire about monthly rates.

2007 Off Season Rates:
$1,050 per week + 6% Michigan State Tax.

Housecleaning Fee: $100
Due one month prior to occupancy.

Damage Deposit: $200
Due one month prior to occupancy.

Cancellations . . .

Summer Season:
If successful in re-renting, all monies will be returned.

Off Season Rates:
If cancelled 7 days in advance, all monies will be returned. We encourage last minute or "spur of the moment" rentals during the off season.

Check in Saturday at 4 PM. Check out Saturday at 10 AM.

Rental Rates

$1,050.00 to $1,650.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Half of the rent is due at the time the reservation is made with the balance due one month prior to occupancy. When reserving one year in advance, 1/4 of the rent is due when reservation is made, 1/4 of the rent is due on the following January 1st and the balance is due one month prior to occupancy. Damage Deposit: $200 Housecleaning Fee: $100
