Welcome to Yellow Bird Holiday Villa, Fern Hill, Nevis, West Indies. Uncover a little-known paradise in the Caribbean: Nevis, sister island to St. Kitts in the trade wind-kissed Leeward Islands. Bask in near-perfect weather and watch the glorious Caribbean sunsets all the year round from the pool of your private holiday villa. Relax with a sun downer accompanied by the chirping tree frogs and murmuring trade winds that rustle the fronds of the coconut palms. Nestled in half an acre of lush tropical gardens, Yellow Bird Villa is newly built for the 2006 season and offers three spacious double bedrooms all with en-suite facilities and remote controlled air conditioning. From the elevated pool deck, and most rooms, there are magnificent views of the Caribbean Sea, St. Kitts and Mount Nevis.

All rooms have high cathedral ceilings with ceiling fans and all windows, doors and verandahs are screened, allowing gentle breezes to be enjoyed throughout the house. The master bedroom has a separate access to the front verandah and is en-suite with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 is also en-suite with a walk-in shower and bedroom 3 is en-suite with a spa tub with shower. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and is well equipped with a gas oven and hob (range cooker), Corian worktops, large fridge/freezer with automatic ice/filtered water dispenser, microwave oven, electric kettle, coffee maker and toaster. The utility/laundry room has a washer, dryer and ironing facilities. The Great Room has a Broadband Internet point, cable television, DVD/CD player and radio. The front verandah opens directly onto the elevated sun deck with a private pool 10ft by 20ft – depth 3 to 6 ft (2m by 4m - depth 1 to 2 m). The villa is set within half an acre of private gardens that contain Coconut palms, Mango, Lime, Lemon, Orange, Avocado and Tangerine trees. The garden has many flowering shrubs including Bougainvillea and Frangipani and is often visited by Vervet Monkeys, Hummingbirds and the occasional Mongoose.
