This is a great apartment and there is no better base in Cannes for your congress or vacation. It is in the very best possible location, opposite the old port, and literally everything is right outside your door -- the best shopping, dining, night life, the old part of Cannes, the best beaches and the Palais is just steps away. While the entrance to the apartment is on the very lively Rue Felix Faure, the bedrooms open to a large terrace that overlooks Rue Meynadier, the old cobblestone pedestrian street which is full of typical provincial shops, a fromagerie, and Dutto which is, according to locals is the finest boulangerie in the South of France. Shops on the pedestrian street close at 7PM so nights on the terrace are especially pleasant -- it is a great spot for dinner or drinks. In the early morning, if you leave your shutters open, the sun beams into the master bedroom where you can often wake up to the sound of classical musicians playing on the street below and smell the smells of the bakery ovens nearby -- a great way to start your business day.
