We are located at Kaloli Point on the rugged Puna Peninsula. Off Highway 130 between Keaau and Pahoa, Ala Kai Vacation House is a scenic 17 mile drive south of Hawaii's Big Island Hilo airport and 25 miles northeast of Volcanoes National Park.

Property Details

Ala Kai, in Hawaiian, means by the sea or road by the sea. Nestled behind the main house, the vacation house or Ohana has its own Ala Kai charm.

Nestled behind the main house, the two bedroom vacation rental (Ohana) comes with a carport, fully equipped kitchen and its own lanai with an ocean view. With a pull-out couch in the living room, the Ohana will comfortably accommodate five people. Other amenities include satellite television, DVD and CD players, games, puzzles, washer and dryer, microwave and barbecue grill. Children of all ages are welcome.

Rental Policy

A one night deposit is required. Nightly or weekly rates available.

Arrival Times

Check in is between 3 and 6 pm. Arrangements may be made for special arrival times.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

One night deposit ($125-$150) refundable not less than 15 days before arrival date.
