Ground floor apartment: hallway, 3 double bedrooms (twin beds or double) sleeps 6 people, kitchen/livingroom, bathroom. Price per night NOK 900.

1st floor apartment: 2 triple bedrooms (1 with double bed+spare bed and 1 with twin beds + spare), kitchen/livingroom, bathroom - Price per night NOK 800.

2nd floor apartment: 1 double bedroom, kitchen, livingroom with double bed, bathroom
Price per night NOK 650.

All apartments are fully furnished and equipped with free wireless internet access.

The house is situated close to Central Stavanger - only 10 minutes walk (1 km) from down-down Stavanger.

Minimum stay: We have a minimum stay of 2 nights. It is possible to rent for 1 night; but the price will then be the same as for 2 nights.

Security Deposit: NOK 1000 / EURO 100 / GBP 100 / USD 150
A security deposit must be paid to secure your booking. The deposit will be refunded after the completion of the rental period and once inspection is satisfactory that the property has been left in same condition as found on arrival:

Final Cleaning is included in the price.

One set of bed linen and towels per person per stay included.
Free baby cot bed if required.
