2nd floor apartment: 1 double bedroom, kitchen, livingroom with double bed, bathroom
Price per night NOK 800.

All apartments are fully furnished and equipped.

The house is situated close to Central Stavanger - only 10 minutes walk (1 km) from down-down Stavanger.

Minimum stay: We have a minimum stay of 2 consecutive nights. It is possible to rent for 1 night; but the price will then be the same as for 2 nights.

Security Deposit: NOK 1000 / EURO 150 / GBP 100 / USD 200
A security deposit must be paid to secure your booking. The deposit will be refunded after the completion of the rental period and once inspection is satisfactory that the property has been left in same condition as found on arrival:

Final Cleaning:
NOK 400 will be added to the rental price.
Note: For rentals of one week or more, final cleaning is included in the price.

Optional Extra:
Bed linen and towels – NOK 100 per person per stay.
Note: For rentals of one week or more, one set of linen/towels per person included in price.
Free baby cot bed if required.
