Charming house located in the middle of Stavanger, only 5 minutes walk from the centre of town. It is situated in a quite street only 200 metres from the harbour and ferry terminal.

Charming house located in the middle of Stavanger, only 5 minutes walk from the centre of town. It is situated in a quite street only 200 metres from the harbour and ferry terminal were you can take a boat trip to exciting and beautiful places in Ryfylke.

It is possible to park your car in the area outside the house; you will however need a parking permit.
The house is fully remodernised with new paint and wooden floors throughout the whole house. The house has a very good standard in every room; and is decorated in fresh, bright and modern style.

The house consists of 2 floors + basement and garden. On the first floor you will find the living- and diningroom, as well as the kitchen. The kitchen opens into a small garden with deck. In the hallway there is a wc; as well as stairs accessing the second floor.

On the second floor you will find 1 bathroom with shower, as well as 3 bedrooms.

1 double bedroom
1 twin bedroom
1 single bedroom; you must pass through one of the double bedrooms to access the single bedroom.

There is also a basement with a washing machine. The house is fully furnished and equipped for 1-6 people.

The house is ideal for singles, couples or families that want to spend their holiday in Stavanger. It is also ideal for business people that need a place to stay short term in Stavanger. It can be rented all year around, on daily or weekly basis. Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included in the rent when renting 1 week or more.

Minimum stay: We have a minimum stay of 2 consecutive. It is possible to rent for 1 night; but the price will then be the same as for 2 nights.

Security Deposit: NOK 1000 / EURO 150 / GBP 100 / USD 200
A security deposit must be paid to secure your booking. The deposit will be refunded after the completion of the rental period and once inspection is satisfactory that the property has been left in same condition as found on arrival:

Final Cleaning:
NOK 400 will be added to the rental price.
Note: For rentals of one week or more, final cleaning is included in the price.

Optional Extra:
Bed linen and towels – NOK 100 per person per stay.
Note: For rentals of one week or more, one set of linen/towels per person included in price.
Free baby cot bed if required.
