A distinctive custom built luxury 3/4 bedroom, 2 bath villa sleeping 6-8 having own enlarged lania and pool deck, large private solar (optional electric) heated pool backing directly onto nature reserve hence private not being overlooked from rear.

Property Details

The villa is located on an oversized 1/3 acre lot with a long rear garden. The location was specifically chosen because of the quietness, privacy and rear being south facing. Bird watchers and nature lovers will enjoy the variety of often visiting birds and friendly wildlife - armadillos, racoons etc.

Feature plants and tress have unobtrusive lighting for a picturesque and relaxing ambience as one drinks sundowners after the chosen busy day around the pool, great numerous local beaches, golfing or even retail therapy at the many malls within a short drive.

Accomodation comprises, Great Room /Lounge with 36" flat screen TV, DVD & CD player, music center sofas, recliner etc. Dining area/Nook area with table an dchairs for up to 8 seating plus breakfast bar and bar stools. Kitchen fully stocked with crockery and utensils, sepearate laundry with large washre and dryer plus utility sink.
Master bedroom with king sise bed, walk in dressing closet, TV, ensuite bathroom with his & hers basins and vanity units plus large roman shower. 2nd bedroon has a queen size bed, wardrobe dressing unit and TV. 3rd bedroom has twin beds. Den/4th bedroom has a queen sized sleeping sofa, computer desk and TV.
Cable TV is routed to all bedrooms.
Double garage with automatic door opening.

Gas BBQ, 2 bicycles 1 men's and 1 ladies for free careful use. 2 sets of golf clubs for free careful use.

Optional extra of a weekly golf package that provides for unlimited golf for up to 2 persons at choice from 4 great Rotonda courses. Persons playing and course can be varied each day. Only need to pay for golf cart at chosen course of the day. Contact owners for current weekly rates.
