Thanksgiving Week Rate: $750. + $200. Security Deposit
Winter Monthly - Jan. 4 to Apr. 4 Rate: $2,500. + $200. Security Deposit
Winter Short Season Rate from aprox. Jan. 4 to Apr. 4 - $4,800. + (3 x $300.) Utility Deposit + $500. Security Deposit
Winter Full Season Rate from aprox. Dec. 15 to Apr. 15 - $6,500. + (4 x $300.) Utility Deposit + $500. Security Deposit

A Deposit of 50% of the rent is required at time of booking. See application for policy on the balance and the Security Deposit
