This is a beach dweller's and boater's dream. Wide singing sand beach which turns into ripple sand at the waters edge and continues out as far as you can walk. Pull your boats and jetski's up on the beach, anchor them out or put your larger boat on the 2,000 pound mooring in 24 feet of water. There are 2 landscaped patios, for sand-free entertaining, or a huge, perfect beach for bonfires and S'mores. Within a mile you will find 5 restaurants if you do not feel like cooking, tennis courts, children's play park, Bower's Harbor Yacht Club Marina, a grocery and health food store, massage therapist, dentist, emergency clinic and yoga studio.

Close enough to attend the Cherry Festival, Film Festival, T.C. Beach Bums Baseball Games, hiking, biking, shopping, theatres, downtown Traverse City, but far enough to be out of the summer crowds. In the fall enjoy the colors of Autumn. Winter is snowy and white with cross country skiing at the door step or downhill skiing within an hour's drive. Springtime is blossom time when the fruit trees white flowers look like billowing pillows over the landscape. The house is light and bright, with a wonderful view out every window and newly decorated for your pleasure.

Alice's Yacht Club is the perfect place for your vacation, be it summer fun, a fall getaway, Thanksgiving, Christmas, ringing in the New Year, a ski week, celebrating St. Patty's Day, an Easter get together, or blossom touring. AVAILABLE ALL YEAR FOR YOUR INDIVIDUAL NEEDS.

Rental Policies

They're simple: No shoes on white carpeting. No riotous living outside after 10 PM. Take garbage container to the street every Tuesday mornng. Place used linens in laundry room and start washer before departure.

July and August, $2,000 per week.
May, June and Sept. Oct., $1,500 per wk
