Upper level is beautifully appointed, with fanatastic views on Kidd's Cove, just a few feet from the water. There is a queen bed, fully equipped kitchen, bath, dining room, TV nook, sunken sun/living room, screened porch. Just a few steps from groceries, shoppes, beaches and restaurants.
Lower level is a studio apartment, with full kitchen, bath, built in twin bed/day beds, dining nook, and comfortable chair and couch. This area also has it's own screened porch. This home may be rented as a two bedroom home, or upper or lower levels may be rented separately. This is the perfect home to share, with complete privacy, but still be together. Sit on the porch, and enjoy a cook drink, or dinner, and watch the boats drift by. The perfect island escape!

Rental Policies

Deposit of 1/2 due upon reservation. Balance due at least 30 days prior to occupancy. No refunds. You may come back at another time, if you need to reschedule for a small rescheduling fee.

Arrival Times

4pm or when home is ready it may be occupied earlier in the day.
