Refundable security deposit - $750.00
Cancellation Policy

If booking is canceled up to 30 days prior to arrival date, 50% of initial rent deposit and full amount of security deposit will be refunded. No refunds other than the security deposit will be given on cancellations less than 30 prior to arrival time. If balance is not received within the specified time, the owner reserves the right to cancel booking without any refund of the initial rent deposit. No refunds will be given for late arrival / early departure. We strongly suggest the purchase of traveler\'s insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances. Rates are subject to change until confirmed.Any cancellation or change must be made in writing (fax or email acceptable)

Deposit Policy

A Reservation Deposit in the amount of 50% of the rental fee and a $250 refundable security deposit will be due at the time the booking is made .The remaining balance of the rent will be due thirty days prior to arrival. If you are booking your reservation within 30 days of your arrival date, the total rental amount and the refundable security deposit will be due at time of booking. Smoking and pets are not allowed inside the house. Failure to abide by these rules could mean the forfeit of the security deposit.
