YOU MAY VIEW THE SAVANNAH''S AVAILABILITY CALENDAR BELOW THE UNIT IMAGES. July and August Friday to Friday rentals only. The 1,400 sq. ft. Savannah allows for up to 8 guests with a variety of sleeping options. Ground Floor: Family room area with a queen sofa sleeper, armchair, flat-screen TV with DVD player, CD player for surround sound system, full bathroom, private bedroom with queen bed, and flat-screen TV, private rear patio with Broilmaster grill and table with four chairs, washer/dryer, and a mini kitchenette with small refrigerator and sink. Floor 2: Full kitchen with all Maytag, stainless steel appliances. Dishwasher. Small appliances, dishes, flatware, stemware, cooking utensils and cookware are a combination of upscale designers such as Cuisinart, Kitchen-aid, Crate & Barrel and Caphalon. Half bath. Family room with queen sofa sleeper, two armchairs, flat-screen TV with DVD player, electric fireplace, mini wardrobe/game cabinet, and folding chairs for additional seating. Also features a front patio with a view of the pool and family gathering area as well as a beautiful view of Lake Macatawa. Floor 3: Master retreat with queen size bed, large cabinets and drawers, wall mounted flat-screen TV, full bath including Jacuzzi tub, shower, and walk-in closet. View of woods in rear and Lake Macatawa in front. Loft:three twin beds and TV. All linens are included and are a combination of high-end designers such as: Ralph Lauren and Laura Ashley. Pool towels are included.

| Cancellation Policy If you have to cancel for any reason all funds received at the time of the cancellation are nonrefundable unless we are able to rebook the dates in which case monies paid will be refunded minus a 25% service charge for nightly rentals, or a $300 service charge for weekly rentals. Transfers are commonly treated the same as cancellations. Exceptions can be made and are subject to a $50 transfer fee. No refunds will be given for inclement weather, or for any other circumstances beyond the control of The Beach House. |
Deposit Policy Payment Policy: By making a reservation with us, and providing a credit card number you agree that you will pay the amount of your stay in full prior to your arrival date. 50% deposit due at time of reservation. Full payment (including damage deposit) due 60 days prior to arrival. Your credit card will be charged automatically when payment is due. |
