The Florida Room gives you the impression of sitting on the lanai while it is attached to the house. This way you can enjoy the cool breeze of the air-condition in the summer and a nice warm space to sit in our pretty warm Florida winters. The lanai and pool area are spacious and together with the solar heated pool just too inviting to enjoy the all-day sun of the southern exposure.
