| Cancellation Policy A one night\'s full rate charge will be applied to cancellations not received at least 7 days in advance of scheduled arrival. In the event of a no-show, there will be no refund. If a cancellation is made less than 7 days before arrival, the equivalent of one night\'s stay plus taxes and fees will be charged. |
Deposit Policy A 50% deposit of total cost (including taxes) is required at time of booking. The remaining balance due 15 days prior to arrival. For weekly rentals a refundable $250 security deposit is required. For all rentals, evidence of pets or smoking will incur fines and fees for cleaning expenses. Charges for lost items will be applied. |
